Check Your Accessories

If you upgraded your accessory package, check everything to make sure you got the upgrades you paid for. We received the standard wood triangle instead of the oak triangle. One of the installers noticed this and pointed it out to us. Later, we realized that the brass hook that the mechanical bridge hangs from was missing. Also, we thought we had received an inferior brush because it would shed bristles on the table when we used it. This turned out to be normal and the shedding eventually stops. And finally, we didn't receive the upgraded naugahyde cover for the table.

A visit to the Connelly showroom solved all of our concerns. They gave us the oak triangle (and let us keep the other one, as well) and the brass hook. We were assured that we had the correct brush, plus they gave us a rail brush. They would send the cover as soon as it arrives. Apparently, they order the naugahyde covers from someplace in Florida and they normally take several weeks.
